TRAFFIC LAW VIOLATIONS – AGGRAVATED FLIGHT – JORDAN MICHAEL BELL
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jordan Michael Bell, 23, of 386 Blakefield, Shriever, LA, arising from a traffic stop late Sunday night.
A uniformed patrol deputy observed a vehicle traveling on Hwy. 308 at a very high rate of speed. The officer pursued the vehicle for quite some time before the suspect vehicle pulled over and officer / driver contact was made. The driver now identified as Jordan Michael Bell became combative but was eventually detained.
Jordan Michael Bell was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Operating Vehicle with Suspended License; other Offenses
*Special Restrictions on Lamps
*Possession of Alcoholic Beverages in Motor Vehicles
*Resisting an Officer
*Aggravated Flight from an Officer (Felony)
*Maximum Speed Limit
Jordan Michael Bell remains incarcerated with bond set at $80,000.
