TRAFFIC STOP – DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS- BRIDGET BARDOT STILES

PAINCOURTVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Bridget Bardot Stiles, 42, of 6695 Highway 1, Belle Rose, LA, on felony drug charges arising from a traffic stop on LA 70 East Friday morning.

A uniformed patrol deputy observed a vehicle on LA 70 East commit a traffic violation and initiated a stop of that vehicle. The deputy made contact with the driver and noted several factors consistent with illegal drug activity.

The deputy requested and was granted consent to search the vehicle. During the search process, a quantity of suspected methamphetamine was seized.

Bridget Bardot Stiles was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Following too Closely
*Possession of Methamphetamine

Bridget Bardot Stiles remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
