TRAFFIC STOP – FUGITIVE ARREST

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Erick Allen Brunner, 36, of 107 Melissa Street, Labadieville, LA, following a traffic stop on LA 398.

A patrol deputy on assignment observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation on LA 398 west of Labadieville and conducted a stop of the vehicle. During the interview process, the driver was identified as Erick Allen Brunner.

Upon conducting a computer check, it was determined that Brunner was wanted on fugitive warrants.

Erick Allen Brunner was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on:

*Fugitive Warrant – City of Thibodaux
*Fugitive Warrant – Terrebonne Parish

Brunner was also issued a citation for a traffic violation.

Erick Allen Brunner will be released to the custody of the respective jurisdictions to answer to the charges.
