TRAFFIC STOP – FUGITIVE ARREST

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Randy Germond Clark, 33, of 149 Friendship Lane, Amelia, LA, on multiple traffic violations and a fugitive warrant following a traffic stop on LA 398 Sunday evening.

A deputy was assigned to the I.C.E. Unit in the Labadieville area when he observed a westbound vehicle on LA 398 commit a traffic violation.

Upon making contact with the driver, false information regarding the suspect’s identity was provided to the deputy.

After investigation, the deputy was able to properly identify the suspect, thus resulting in his arrest.

Randy Germond Clark was also found to be a fugitive from St. Mary Parish.

Clark was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Switched Plates
*Expired Motor Vehicle Inspection Sticker
*Driving Under Suspension
*Resisting an Officer
*Fugitive (St. Mary Parish)

Randy Germond Clark remains incarcerated with bond set at $500.00
