TRAFFIC STOP / PROBATION PAROLE VIOLATOR, FUGITIVE ARREST –
DANZELL ANDRAE WASHINGTON, RICHELLE M. HALL

PAINCOURTVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Danzelle Andrae Washington, 33, of 443 Frederick Drive, Thibodaux, LA, and Richelle M. Hall, 32, of 443 Frederick Drive, Thibodaux, LA, on multiple charges arising from a traffic stop on LA 70 east of Paincourtville.

A uniformed patrol deputy assigned to the I.C.E. Division observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation and attempted a stop of that vehicle. The suspect vehicle continued on refusing to bring the vehicle to a stop. The vehicle eventually stopped and the driver and passenger were removed from the vehicle. The deputy conducted a warrants check on the passenger who initially provided false identification. It was determined that Richelle M. Hall was wanted on multiple fugitive warrants from the Thibodaux City Police and the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office. Both Danzell Andrae Washington and Richelle M. Hall were arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center as follows:

-As to Danzell Andrae Washington, he was charged on counts of:
*Resisting an Officer
*Flight from an Officer
*Driving Under a Suspended Driver’s License
*Driving on Roadway Laned for Traffic
*Probation / Parole Detainer

Danzell Andrae Washington was ordered held without bond on the probation / parole detainer and bond on the remaining charges was set at $1s0,000.

-As to Richelle M. Hall, she was booked on counts of:
*Fugitive Warrants – Thibodaux City Police
*Fugitive Warrants – Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office
Richelle M. Hall posted a $10,000 bond on the Assumption charges and released to the custody of the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office.
