TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS – AGGRAVATED FLIGHT

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Danny Ford, 29, of 397 Enola Road, Napoleonville, LA, following a traffic incident on Saturday evening.

At approximately 9:00 p.m., a uniformed patrol deputy observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation in the village of Napoleonville.

As the deputy attempted a stop, the vehicle fled at a high rate of speed.

The suspect vehicle made its way to LA 308. At some point, the deputy was able to stop the vehicle.

The driver, identified as Danny Ford, was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Turning Movements and Required Signals
*Disregarding a Stop Sign
*Resisting an Officer
*Careless Operation
*Aggravated Flight from an Officer

Danny Ford was incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
