TRESPASSING COMPLAINT – JAISE CAYDEN TAYLOR
LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jaise Cayden Taylor, 17, of 2689A Highway 1010, Labadieville, LA, on felony charges arising from an incident near Labadieville on Sunday.
A uniformed patrol deputy was dispatched to the 100 block of Dove Street in reference to a trespassing complaint. Deputies made contact with the complainant who advised that on Sunday morning, he observed a male subject on a bicycle drive up to his pick-up truck. The complainant advised that he asked the subject what he was doing, and he replied, just turning around.
The deputy was familiar with the subject complained of because there was a prior incident earlier on Sunday. The deputy went in search of the subject and did locate him in the area of Gum Street. The deputy made contact with the suspect, now identified as Jaise Cayden Taylor, and Taylor was arrested. The suspect became irate and made threats towards the deputy. Jaise Cayden Tayler was transported to the Assumption Parish Detention Center at which time he became hostile, physical, and made threats of aggression toward staff. Jaise Cayden Taylor was booked on charges of:
*Public Intimidation and Retaliation
*Criminal Mischief – 2 Counts
*Criminal Trespass – 3 Counts
*Resisting an Officer
Deputies did recover electronic surveillance evidence related to the trespassing complaint
Jaise Cayden Taylor remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
