UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY OF AN INHABITED DWELLING

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Josh Jermaine Henry, 45, of 131 Marshall Lane, Napoleonville, LA, on felony charges arising from an incident in the 4800 block of LA 308 late Friday.

Deputies received a call of a residential burglary in progress. Deputies responded to the residence and made contact with the complainant who advised she was asleep when she was awoken by Josh Jermaine Henry standing over her bed.

Deputies were able to determine the point of forced and unauthorized entry into the home.

At the conclusion of the investigation, Josh Jermaine Henry was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling
*Simple Criminal Damage to Property Valued at $1,000

Josh Jermaine Henry remains incarcerated with bond set at $50,000.
