UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY OF AN INHABITED DWELLING
KAILEN KATHERINE LANDRY and CHASE HIDALGO

BELLE ROSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Kailen Katherine Landry, 25, of 6716 Highway 1, Klotzville, LA and Chase Hidalgo, 26, of 7521 Highway 1 South, Donaldsonville, LA, on charges related to the unauthorized entry of a dwelling.

On Sunday, deputies responded to a complaint of individuals having been seen on property at a mobile home of which they had been prohibited from frequenting.

Upon investigating, deputies determined that both Landry and Hidalgo had been in the mobile home without permission.

Deputies located the suspects and upon completion of the investigation, placed both suspects under arrest.

Kailen Katherine Landry was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling

Chase Hidalgo was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

* Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling
*Violation of a Protective Order

During the investigation, deputies determined that there was a protective order in effect and the filer was Kailen Landry.
