UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY OF AN INHABITED DWELLING – QWANTIAQUAGEE KAWANTAI JAMES
PAINCOURTVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Qwantiaquagee Kawantai James, 24, of 156 Jacobs Street, Napoleonville, LA, on felony charges arising out of a disturbance at a Grant Road residence.
Deputies responded and made contact with the complainant who advised that she had a fight with a female named Qwantiaquagee Kawantai James who was a previous domestic partner of the complainant’s boyfriend.
Deputies were able to identify a witness who was the homeowner. The lady advised that James barged into the home uninvited and had to be removed. At some point, James and the complainant engaged in a physical confrontation.
Based on the outcome of the investigation, deputies secured arrest warrants for James.
Deputies arrested Qwantiaquagee Kawantai James at her home on Sunday and booked her into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Disturbing the Peace
*Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling
Qwantiaquagee Kawantai James remains incarcerated with bond set at $30,000.
