UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY, RESISTING AN OFFICER – DWAYNE RAINEY
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Dwayne Rainey, 44, of 2383 Starboard, Baton Rouge, LA, on felony unauthorized entry charges following multiple incidents at a residence off of LA 1008 in Napoleonville. Uniformed patrol deputies were dispatched to the location early Thursday morning and encountered Dwayne Rainey. Deputies had interacted with Rainey on multiple occasions as the resident did not want Rainey on the premises.
As deputies made contact with Rainey, they immediately attempted to take him into custody, but Rainey resisted those efforts.
Dwayne Rainey was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling
*Enter / Remain after Being Forbidden
*Resisting an Officer
Dwayne Rainey remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
