UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A MOVEABLE – FELONY
BRANDON TRAVIS ERWIN

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Brandon Travis Erwin, 38, of 52525 Stewart Street, Plaquemine, LA, on felony charges arising from an incident on April 20, 2025, at a residence on Belle Point Lane, Napoleonville, LA

On the aforementioned date, deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the complainant who advised that Brandon Travis Erwin had taken her vehicle without her permission and refused to return her it.

The investigating deputy completed his investigation and filed for an arrest warrant against Brandon Travis Erwin.

The Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested Brandon Travis Erwin on February 24, 2025. Erwin was transferred to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on April 25, 2025, and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

Brandon Travis Erwin was incarcerated and released on a $10,000 commercial bond.
