VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER – CANDICE LYNN FREEMAN
PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Candice Lynn Freeman, 40, of 414 Belle River Road, Pierre Part, LA, on felony charges arising from multiple violations on an active protective order.
On May 4, 2023, deputies responded to a complaint from a former domestic partner. Deputies interviewed the complainant and were able to view video evidence of the alleged violations.
Deputies confirmed that the original protective order was issued on October 6, 2022, and remains in effect until April 05, 2025. After confirming that Candice Lynn Freeman had been properly served notice of the order, deputies obtained a warrant for her arrest.
Candice Lynn Freeman was arrested on Saturday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

Candice Lynn Freeman was released after posting a $10,000 commercial bond.
