VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDERS, DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS- LUCAS JOSEPH LANG, LILLIAN A. CAVALIER
NAPOLEONVILLE– Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Lucas Joseph Lang, 38, of 108 Timothy Street, Pierre Part, La., and Lillian A. Cavalier, 63, of 108 Timothy Street, Pierre Part, La., on multiple charges related to protective order violations.
Lucas Joseph Lang and Lillian A. Cavalier were both served with protection orders arising from prior domestic incidents. As part of those protective orders, Lucas Joseph Lang and Lillian A. Cavalier were ordered not to be found within 100 yards of the protected person.
On Tuesday evening, deputies observed Lucas Joseph Lang and Lillian A. Cavalier to be in violation of their respective protective orders while at a civic function in Napoleonville. Lucas Joseph Lang and Lillian A. Cavalier were both arrested.
During a pat down search incidental to arrest, Lucas Joseph Lang was found to be in possession of a quantity of Klonopin and drug paraphernalia.
Lucas Joseph Lang was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Violation of Protective Orders – 10 Counts
*Possession of Klonopin
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Violation of Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substance Law
*Resisting an Officer -3 Counts
Lucas Joseph Lang remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing
Lillian A. Cavalier was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Violation of Protective Orders
*Resisting an Officer
Lillian A. Cavalier remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
