VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDERS

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Joshua Jermaine Frederick, 38, of 23200 Mills Boulevard, Robert, LA, on felony violations of protective orders.

On Tuesday, November 15, 2022, deputies responded to a complaint related to Joshua Frederick violating a domestic protection order.

Deputies made contact with the complainant who advised that she had filed a protective order against her former domestic partner. The complainant further alleged that Joshua Jermaine Frederick had violated the conditions of the protective order by contacting her through social media on four (4) occasions.

Deputies confirmed that the protective order was valid, and that Joshua Jermaine Frederick had been served the same.

Deputies applied for and were granted an arrest warrant for Frederick.

Joshua Jermaine Frederick was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

Joshua Jermaine Frederick remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
