VIOLATIONS OF PROTECTIVE ORDER – 171 COUNTS –TREY ALLEN DUET
NAPOLEONVILLE– Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Trey Allen Duet, 27, of 109 Teddy Street, Pierre Part, La., on charges accusing him of violating a protective order, 171 counts.
Trey Allen Duet was arrested on August 10, 2026, on felony charges arising from a domestic incident in Pierre Part. As a result of that incident, a protective order was filed against Duet in favor of the victim in the domestic incident. Duet was personally served that protective order.
During a follow-up investigation, deputies determined that Trey Allen Duet had attempted to or made contact with the victim 171 times, in violation of the protective orders.
Trey Allen Duet was charged on Tuesday evening on counts of:
*Violation of Protective Orders – 171 Counts
Trey Allen Duet remains incarcerated with bond set at $35,000 on the original domestic charges and awaits a bond hearing on the protective order violations.
Trey Allen Duet also faces a probation / parole detainer and was ordered held without bond on the detainer.
