WARRANT – FAILURE TO APPEAR – DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS
PHABIAN TREYVON AMACKER

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Phabian Treyvon Amacker, 30, of 1312 1/2 Daspit Street, Houma, LA on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on felony drug charges.

Phabian Treyvon Amacker was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of Possession of Marijuana and Possession of MDMA. As a result of that arrest, Phabian Treyvon Amacker was ordered to appear in court and failed to do so.

Phabian Treyvon Amacker was transported by Assumption Parish Sheriff’s deputies from Terrebonne Parish Correctional Complex on Monday. Amacker was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear on August 22, 2022, on a count of:
-Possession of MDMA, Prohibited Acts Schedule II Narcotics
(Amacker was ordered held without bond.)

*Failure to Appear on August 8, 2022, on a count of:
-Possession of Marijuana
(Bond was set at $2500)

Phabian Treyvon Amacker was returned to the Terrebonne Parish Correctional Complex where he is being held on their charges.

Assumption Parish has placed a detainer on Phabian Treyvon Amacker.
