WARRANT – FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY CHARGES –
DAQUAN MALIK NASH

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Daquan Malik Nash, 29, of 5960 North Bayou Black Road, Gibson, La., on warrants charging him with failure to appear in court in Assumption Parish.

Daquan Malik Nash was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result of that arrest was ordered to appear in court on August 26, 2024, and failed to do so.

As a result, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Daquan Malik Nash on September 5, 2024.

The Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office took custody of Daquan Malik Nash on July 30, 2026, from the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Daquan Malik Nash was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on August 26, 2024, on Counts of:
-Theft of a Motor Vehicle
-Aggravated Flight from an Officer
-Detainer – Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office

Daquan Malik Nash was served a court date and bond set at $200.00 Cash and is currently housed in Lafourche Parish.
