WARRANT – FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY DRUG CHARGES
DANIEL JOSEPH POURCIAU
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Daniel Joseph Pourciau, 39, of 1923 Hermadel Dr., Baton Rouge, La., on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court in Assumption Parish on felony drug charges.
Daniel J. Pourciau was previously arrested in Assumption Parish and as a result was ordered to appear in court on January 12,2026. Daniel J. Pourciau failed to appear as ordered resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest on January 15,2026.
Daniel J. Pourciau was arrested by Baton Rouge City Police on April 24,2026. Daniel J. Pourciau was released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on April 24,2026.
Dainel J. Pourciau was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on January 12,2026 on
counts of:
*Possession of Meth-Amphetamine
*Possession of Heroin
Daniel J. Pourciau remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
