WARRANT – FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY
KARL MICHAEL JOHNSON

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Karl Michael Johnson, 40, of 6129 East Glen Court, Baton Rouge, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on felony burglary charges.

Karl Michael Johnson was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling. As a result of that arrest, Karl Michael Johnson was ordered to Appear in Court on March 12, 2018, and failed to do so. As a result, a warrant was issued for his arrest on March 20, 2018.

Karl Michael Johnson was arrested on April 23, 2023, by the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office on local charges there.

Karl Michael Johnson was released to the custody of the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office on June 07, 2024.

Karl Michael Johnson was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on June 07, 2024, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on March 12, 2018, on a count of:

*Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling

Karl Michael Johnson remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
