NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Manuel Paul Fabre, 37, of 407 Mobile Estates, Gray, LA, on a warrant for a parole / probation violation.

Manuel Paul Fabre was convicted of possession of a schedule II controlled dangerous substance in Assumption Parish. As a result of that conviction, Manuel Paul Fabre was sentenced to 18 months with the Department of Corrections, suspended and placed on supervised probation for 18 months. Fabre was ordered to comply with numerous conditions imposed by the court. Fabre violated specific conditions of his probation resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest on August 4, 2021.

Manuel Paul Fabre was arrested in Napoleonville on Friday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

Manuel Paul Fabre is being held without bond.
