WARRANT – SECOND DEGREE BATTERY – TREY JUPITER

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Trey Jupiter, 29, of 2979 Highway 1, Labadieville, LA, arising out of an incident on May 27, 2022, near Napoleonville, LA.

On May 28, 2022, deputies responded to a complaint of an incident in which Trey Jupiter allegedly committed a battery upon the complainant resulting in injury requiring medical attention.

At the completion of the investigation, deputies secured an arrest warrant charging Trey Jupiter with second degree battery.

Trey Jupiter was arrested on Sunday near Labadieville and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Second Degree Battery

Trey Jupiter remains incarcerated with bond set at $25,000.
