FAILURE TO APPEAR / ASSUMPTION PARISH /

NAPOLEONVILLE– Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Joelle Ashley Cunningham, 39, of 4243 Florida Boulevard, Baton Rouge, LA, on a warrant charging her with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on Felony Drug Charges.

Joelle Ashley Cunningham was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on a charge of Possession of Methamphetamine. As a result of that arrest, Joelle Ashley Cunningham was ordered to appear in court on September 19, 2022. Cunningham failed to appear in court resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest on September 22, 2022.

Joelle Ashley Cunningham was arrested in Terrebonne Parish on local charges.

Joelle Ashley Cunningham was released to the custody of Assumption Parish on Thursday. She was arrested, transported and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on September 19, 2022 on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine

Joelle Ashley Cunningham remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
