AGGRAVATED BATTERY – FAITH NICOLE JOHNSON
PAINCOURTVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Faith Nicole Johnson, 20, of 410 Canal Street, Napoleonville, LA, on felony charges arising from an incident on Sugar Street in Paincourtville on December 5, 2022.
Deputies were dispatched to a local hospital in connection to a stabbing incident. Deputies made contact with the victim who indicated that Faith Nicole Johnson and two other females arrived at his home and Faith Nicole Johnson was armed with a knife and a piece of pipe. The two were involved in an ongoing dispute. The victim stated he went outside and at that time, Faith Nicole Johnson began chasing him. At some point, the victim fell to the ground and Faith Nicole Johnson began swinging the knife at him and striking him on a finger.
The victim went to the hospital for treatment. Faith Nicole Johnson left the area prior to deputies arriving. Warrants were obtained for her arrest.
Faith Nicole Johnson turned herself into the Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday. Johnson was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on a charge of:

Faith Nicole Johnson remains incarcerated with bond set at $50,000.
