DISTURBANCE COMPLAINT – LYNELL CHIVON ALLEN

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Lynell Chivon Allen, 41, of 126 Park Avenue, Thibodaux, LA, on felony charges arising from a disturbance complaint in the 100 block of Cody Lane near Labadieville.

Deputies responded to a complaint early Wednesday in reference to a disturbance involving Lynell Chivon Allen. Allen was notified she was banned from the residence before departing.
Deputies were again called to the same location due to Allen attempting to forcefully enter the home. Upon arrival, deputies located Allen within the residence and determined Allen had gained entry through forceful means.
Lynell Chivon Allen was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling

Lynell Chivon Allen remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
