DISTURBANCE / FIGHT / THREATS – TERVONTA JOHNSON

LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Tervonta Johnson, 27, of 820-B, Church Street, Thibodaux, LA, on felony charges arising out of a disturbance / fight on Delaune Street in Labadieville on Wednesday afternoon.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a fight. Upon arrival, deputies encountered three male individuals arguing in the street.

The subjects were detained. One of those suspects, now identified as Tervonta Johnson, was very aggressive and had to be physically restrained.

At some point, Tervonta Johnson was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Facility on charges of:

*Disturbing the Peace by Engaging in a Fistic Encounter
*Public Intimidation
*Resisting an Officer

Tervonta Johnson remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
