DOMESTIC COMPLAINT – CHAD M. HEBERT

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Chad M. Hebert, 43, of 3241 Apartment B, Napoleonville, LA, on felony charges arising out of a domestic incident which occurred at the aforementioned address Monday afternoon.

The Communications Division received a welfare concern from a medical facility who advised they had been in communication with the spouse of the accused and she indicated she had been physically abused and requested assistance.

Deputies responded and conducted an investigation which determined that Chad M. Hebert had committed a battery upon his spouse as well as other domestic law violations.

Based on the totality of the evidence, Chad M. Hebert was arrested and booked on a felony count of:
*Domestic Abuse Battery Involving Strangulation

Chad M. Hebert remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
