DOMESTIC INCIDENT – CHARLES DANNY WHITE, JR.

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Charles Danny White, Jr., 43, of 117 Highway 401, Napoleonville, LA, on a felony domestic warrant arising from an incident in Napoleonville which occurred on July 26, 2023.

On the aforementioned date, deputies were dispatched to the location and made contact with the complainant in reference to a domestic matter. During the course of the investigation, deputies determined that a child sustained injuries and Charles Danny White, Jr. inflicted those injuries upon the child.

At the conclusion of the investigation deputies determined that the child’s injuries were consistent with the complainant’s version of events.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Charles Danny White, Jr.

The child was treated by Acadian Ambulance personnel at the scene and referred to a local hospital.

Charles Danny White, Jr. was arrested on Tuesday morning in Napoleonville and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment

Charles Danny White, Jr. remains incarcerated with bond set at $20,000.
