DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS
DANIELLE PATRICE ALLEMAN, TREYVOR RENDELL DESIRA
PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrests of Danielle Patrice Alleman, 45, of 3163 Highway 70 South and Treyvor Rendell Desira, 45, of 3163 Highway 70 South, both of Pierre Part, LA, on felony drug law violations arising out of an ongoing narcotics investigation.
The Sheriff’s Narcotics Division initiated an investigation and determined that Danielle Patrice Alleman and Treyvor Rendell Desira were engaging in illegal drug activity in the Assumption Parish area.
As a result of this investigation, agents established probable cause to secure a search warrant for the property located at 3163 Highway 70 South, Pierre Part.
Late Monday night, agents and deputies executed the search warrant and did seize a quantity of illegal narcotics.
Danielle Patrice Alleman was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Possession of MDMA (Ecstasy) – Felony
*Possession of Klonopin (Clonazepam) – Felony
Treyvor Rendell Desira was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana – Felony
*Possession of Meth-Amphetamine – Felony
Both Alleman and Desira remain incarcerated pending bond hearings.
