DRUG / PAROLE VIOLATIONS – TYSIE MARIE DABNEY

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Tysie Marie Dabney, 42, of 3631 Keith Street, Pierre Part, LA arising from a traffic stop in the 1000 block area of Bayou Drive in Pierre Part.

An officer on patrol observed a vehicle commit traffic violations and conducted a stop of that vehicle.

The driver was identified as Kelly Marie Blanchard, 37, of 13460 Oak Place Gonzales, LA, and passenger as Tysie Marie Dabney, 3631 Keith Street, Pierre Part. During a search of the vehicle, a quantity of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located and attributed to Tysie Dabney

Tysie Marie Dabney was transported to the Assumption Parish Detention Center. During the booking process, a quantity of methamphetamine was located on Tysie Dabney’s person.
Charges on Tysie Marie Dabney are as follows:

*Taking Contraband to / from Penal Institutions Prohibited (Felony)
*Prohibited Acts – Schedule II
*Possession or Distribution of Drug Paraphernalia
*Possession of Methamphetamine (Felony)
*Probation / Parole Hold – Louisiana Dept of Corrections

Tysie Marie Dabney remains incarcerated without bond.

Kelly Marie Blanchard was cited for careless operation of a motor vehicle.
