FAILURE TO APPEAR – DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS

ASSUMPTION – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Jessica Lynn Thibodeaux, 39, of 231 Highway 1011, Napoleonville, LA, on a warrant charging her for Failure to Appear in Assumption Parish District Court on drug related charges.

Jessica Lynn Thibodeaux was previously arrested on a drug related charge and was ordered to appear for case review on March 8, 2022. Thibodeaux failed to appear in court resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest on April 6, 2022.

On June 14, 2022, a uniformed patrol deputy observed a motorcycle with equipment violations, occupied by two individuals. The deputy initiated a stop and made contact with the driver, now identified as Brady Boyd Bullock, 48, of 221 Highway 304, Thibodaux, LA. The deputy also inquired about any warrants on both the driver and the passenger.

The passenger, as previously indicated, was wanted for Failure to Appear in Assumption Parish. She was identified as Jessica Lynn Thibodeaux. She was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear – Assumption Parish on Charges of Produce Manufacture, Distribute, Dispense,
Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance.

Thibodaux remains incarcerated without bond.

Brady Boyd Bullock was cited on charges of:

* No Insurance
*No Registration
*Driving Under Suspension.

Bullock was issued a court date and released.
