FAILURE TO APPEAR – FELONY – ASSUMPTION PARISH
CRYSTAL BAILEY DUHON

NAPOLEONVILLE– Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Crystal Bailey Duhon, 50, of 294 Ricohoc Drive, Franklin, LA, on a warrant charging her with Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish to answer to felony charges.

Crystal Bailey Duhon was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of Taking Contraband to / from a Penal Institution. As a result of that arrest, Duhon was ordered to appear in court on June 19, 2023, and failed to do so. As a result, a warrant was issued for her arrest on June 20, 2023.

Crystal Bailey Duhon was arrested by the Morgan City Police Department on July 23, 2023.

Crystal Bailey Duhon was transported to the Assumption Parish Detention Center on Tuesday and booked on charges of:

from a Penal Institution

Crystal Bailey Duhon was incarcerated and bonded out with a $200 cash only bond.
