FAILURE TO APPEAR ON CHARGES OF THEFT OVER $1,000

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Heath Aucoin, 41, of 235, Ewell Street, Belle Rose, LA, on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court on October 5, 2022, to answer to charges of theft valued at $1,000 or more but less than $5,000.

Heath Aucoin was previously arrested in connection to the aforementioned charges and ordered to appear in court but failed to do so. As a result, a warrant for Failure to Appear was issued for Aucoin’s arrest.

Heath Aucoin was arrested on Wednesday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on charges of Theft Valued at $1,000 or more but less than $5,000.

Heath Aucoin remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
