FUGITIVE ARREST FOR LIVINGSTON PARISH

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Kristopher Michael Carty, 24, of 100788 Dunmark Road, Denham Springs, LA, on a fugitive warrant from Livingston Parish.

A uniformed patrol deputy on assignment near LA 70 and LA 70 Spur, observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation and executed a stop of the vehicle.

The deputy interviewed the driver and ran his name through the computer system at which time, Carty came back as a wanted fugitive from Livingston Parish.

Carty was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

Carty will be transferred to Livingston Parish and booked into to that jurisdiction.
