PROBATION VIOLATION – SHANNON BIAS
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Shannon Bias, 30, of 506 College Street, Napoleonville, LA, on a warrant alleging that he violated the terms of his probation.
Shannon Bias was convicted in Assumption Parish for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Methamphetamine, Distribution of a Schedule I Drug and Distribution of a Schedule II Drug.
On December 8, 2021, Shannon Bias was sentenced.
The sentence included a term of probation through 2025 and required Bias to report as scheduled to his probation officer.
Shannon Bias violated the terms of his probation resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest. Deputies arrested Bias on College Street on Thursday on charges of:

Shannon Bias remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
