NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon takes this opportunity to remind all residents that we can be extremely vulnerable to a number of scams during the holiday season. You should be especially vigilant to these:

*Social Security
*Medicaid
*Gift Orders from persons falsely representing themselves to be from Amazon, Walmart, Target, By By Baby, Bed Bath and Beyond and many more.

Additionally, utility companies, charities, philanthropic organizations have become prime scam targets.

We urge you to avoid providing any phone solicitors any of your personal or financial information under any conditions.
