SEARCH WARRANT – DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Lucretia A. Cavalier, 57, of 4339 Highway 70 Lot 8, Pierre Part, LA and the citing of Dennis Cavalier, Sr. 53, of 3631 Keith Street, Pierre Part, LA, and Kimberly Latimer, 34, of 3631 Keith Street, Pierre Part, LA on drug related charges arising from the execution of a search warrant at 3631 Keith Street.

The Sheriff’s Office has received complaints at the Keith Street address pertaining to illegal drug activity.

Narcotics agents conducted investigation and surveillance at the location and did establish sufficient probable cause to obtain a search warrant.

On Tuesday, agents and deputies executed the warrant and did seize assorted drug paraphernalia, marijuana, and methamphetamine.

Lucretia A. Cavalier was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Possession of Methamphetamine

Dennis Cavalier, Sr. was cited for:

*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Kimberly Latimer was cited for:

*Possession of Marijuana
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Lucretia A. Cavalier remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
