TRAFFIC – DRUG LAW VIOLATION – I.C.E. ARREST
LYDRE PAUL BOUDREAUX
LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Lydre Paul Boudreaux, 42, of 219 Shady Oak Court, Houma, LA on felony drug charges arising out of a Sunday evening traffic stop near Labadieville, La.
An I.C.E. assigned deputy observed a southbound vehicle near the 3000 block of Highway 1 with an equipment violation. The deputy initiated a traffic stop of the vehicle and made contact with the driver now identified as Lydre Paul Boudreaux.
The deputy conducted an officer / violator interview and as a result of the process, the deputy requested consent to search the vehicle. During the subsequent search, the deputy seized drug paraphernalia as well as a quantity of meth-amphetamine.
Lydre Paul Boudreaux was arrested and booked into the parish detention facility on charges of:
*Possession of Meth-Amphetamine
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
*Expired Motor Vehicle Inspection Tag
Lydre Paul Boudreaux remains incarcerated awaiting a bond hearing.
