TRAFFIC STOP – DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS
LONES P. GUILLOT, III
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Lones P. Guillot, III, 45, of 3203 Highway 70 South, Pierre Part, LA, on felony drug charges arising from a traffic stop on LA 308 near Napoleonville on August 30, 2023.
On the aforementioned date, a detective unit conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver now identified as Lones P. Guillot, III.
The deputy conducted an officer / violator interview and at the conclusion believed that additional investigation was warranted. The deputy requested and was granted consent to search the vehicle. During that search, quantities of suspected narcotics were seized. The suspect was not arrested at the time as deputies opted to conduct further analysis of the substances seized. Warrants were secured for the arrest of Lones P. Guillot, III, resulting in his arrest on Thursday.
Lones P. Guillot, III was booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Possession of Adderall
*Possession of Suboxone
Lones P. Guillot, III remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
