TRAFFIC STOP – DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS – BRADLEY TYLER REEVES
PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Bradley Tyler Reeves, 26, 18280 Highway 16, Port Vincent, Louisiana, on felony drug charges following a traffic stop in Pierre Part on Sunday.
A uniformed patrol officer observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation and initiated a stop of the violator. The deputy made contact with the driver now identified as Bradley Tyler Reeves. During the officer/violator interview, the deputy noted conditions consistent with illegal drug activity. The suspect acknowledged the presence of marijuana in the vehicle. The deputy conducted a protective pat down search of Reeves and did seize drug paraphernalia during that process.
A search of the vehicle yielded a quantity of Xanax (alprazolam).
Bradley Tyler Reeves was arrested and booked into the Parish Detention Center on charges of:
• Possession of alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle
• Possession of Xanax (Alprazolam)
• Possession of Marijuana (1st Offense)
• Expired motor vehicle inspection tag
Bradley Tyler Reeves remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
