WANTED – WILLIS KAZINSKY – FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION

NAPOLEONVILLE – The Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance in locating a convicted sex offender, wanted for failing to comply with registration requirements.

Kazinsky Willis, black male, age 42, was convicted of Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile in 2008, and subsequently must register as a sex offender. Willis registered his last address at 313 College Street in Napoleonville, LA, in 2020. Compliance checks were performed subsequent to his registration, and detectives were unable to locate Willis at the residence.

Willis did not keep his registration current, and based on his non-compliance, detectives secured an arrest warrant, charging him with one count of LA RS 15:542.1.4 Failure to Register and Notify as a Sex Offender or Child Predator, in December of 2020. Efforts are ongoing to locate and apprehend Willis.
