BATTERY OF A DATING PARTNER – JOSH ADAM DOMANGUE

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Josh Adam Domangue, 24, of 114 Paul Street, Pierre Part, LA, on felony charges arising from a domestic incident in Pierre Part on Saturday night.

Deputies were dispatched to a substation street address in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the complainant who indicated she was accompanying her former domestic partner on a pleasure boating trip. At some point the two engaged in an argument resulting in the suspect now identified as Josh Adam Domangue physically attacking her and forcibly putting her in his truck against her will. The deputy noted physical injuries present upon the victim.

At the conclusion of the investigation, deputies located and arrested Josh Adam Domangue and booked him into the Assumption Parish Detention Cener on charges of:

Josh Adam Domangue remains incarcerated with bond set at $10,000.
