CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELINQUENCY OF A JUVENILE
TYTEANA LEONSHAE MOLLERE

BERTRANDVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Tyteana Leonshae Mollere, 21, of 114 Grant Loop, Paincourtville, LA, on felony charges arising from an October 29, 2021, incident near Bertrandville, LA.

On the aforementioned date, a uniformed patrol deputy observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation. The deputy attempted to stop the vehicle, but the driver engaged the deputy into a pursuit situation that exceeded speeds of 120 mph. The deputy was able to successfully terminate the chase and arrest the driver who was a juvenile.

During the follow up investigative process, the deputy conducted a search of the vehicle which resulted in the seizure of controlled dangerous substances. Additionally, it was determined that the owner of the vehicle Tyteana Leonshae Mollere, permitted the juvenile who was an unlicensed driver to use the vehicle without any form of adult supervision.

At the conclusion of the investigation, a warrant for the arrest of Tyteana Leonshae Mollere was issued.

Tyteana Leonshae Mollere was arrested on Friday and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

Tyteana Leonshae Mollere remains incarcerated pending bond hearing.
