CYPERSTALKING – TERRORIZING – DUSTIN PAUL BERGERON
NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Dustin Paul Bergeron, 36, of 243 Kimino Drive, Gray, LA, on felony charges arising from an incident on April 7, 2020.
On the aforementioned date, deputies responded to a complaint near Plattenville in reference to persons receiving death threats from an individual identified as Dustin Paul Bergeron.
Deputies interviewed the complainants in the matter as well as potential witnesses. Deputies attempted to interview Dustin Paul Bergeron but at the time could not locate him.
At the conclusion of the investigation, deputies believed probable cause existed to obtain arrest warrants for Dustin Paul Bergeron. Those warrants were approved.
Dustin Paul Bergeron was arrested by St. Mary Parish deputies on Thursday. Bergeron was transported to Assumption Parish on Friday and booked into the detention center on charges of:
*Cyberstalking
*Terrorizing
Dustin Paul Bergeron posted a $15,000 commercial bond on Saturday and was released.
