DISTURBANCE COMPLAINT – FUGITIVE ARREST
HOMER J. LALONDE

BAYOU L’OURSE- Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Homer J. Lalonde, 48, of 1450 Highway 662, Bayou L’Ourse, LA, following a disturbance complaint at the aforementioned address. Deputies responded to a disturbance complaint and made contact with the parties involved.

Deputies interviewed the parties, one of which was Homer J. Lalonde. Deputies conducted a warrants check on Homer J. Lalonde and determined that Lalonde was wanted on fugitive warrants from the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Homer J. Lalonde was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on fugitive warrants as follows:

*Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine
*Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substances in the Presence of Juveniles (2 Counts)
*Cruelty to Juveniles (2 Counts)

Homer J. Lalonde awaits transfer to the custody of the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office.
