DISTURBANCE – RESISTING AN OFFICER – OBSCENITY

BELLE ROSE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Cohner Christopher Gray, 21, of 221 Highway 998, Belle Rose, La, on felony charges arising out of a Sunday afternoon dispute near Belle Rose.

Deputies were dispatched to an area in reference to a dispute amongst neighbors. Upon arrival, deputies attempted to make contact with Cohner Gray, but he was non-compliant for a period of time.

At some point, Gray exited the residence he had been in and subsequent to the completion of the investigation, Gray was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Disturbing the Peace
*Simple Assault
*Resisting an Officer
*Obscenity

Cohner Christopher Gray remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
