DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – FELONY ARREST
CRANSHIA LATAVIA HENRY
LABADIEVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Cranshia Latavia Henry, 19, of 114 Jerome Court, Napoleonville, LA, on felony charges arising out of a disturbance in Labadieville on Monday.
Sheriff’s Office personnel responded to a complaint of a disturbance at a residence on Delaune Street.
Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the complainant as well as the suspect, now identified as Cranshia Latavia Henry.
Through investigation, it was learned that the victim and Henry had a disagreement at the location in question.
At some point, Cranshia Latavia Henry forced her way into the victim’s home. At the time, a physical confrontation occurred which progressed to the outside. During this time, Cranshia Latavia Henry allegedly threw a chair into the victim’s car windshield resulting in damages.
Cranshia Latavia Henry was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:
*Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling
*Simple Criminal Damage to Property
*Simple Battery
Cranshia Latavia Henry remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
