DOMESTIC MATTER – KENNY PAUL CLEMENTS

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Kenny Paul Clements, 29 of Plaisance Street, Lockport, LA, on felony domestic related charges arising out of an incident early Saturday in Pierre Part.

Deputies were dispatched to a St. Jude Street address in Pierre Part and made contact with the complainant / victim who advised deputies that her boyfriend had been drinking and became physical with her which including striking and choking her.

At the conclusion of the investigation, deputies believed that the suspect, Kenny Paul Clements had indeed committed a battery upon the victim.

Kenny Paul Clements was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Simple Criminal Damage to Property
*Simple Battery
*Domestic Abuse Battery

Kenny Paul Clements was incarcerated and released on a $5,000 bond.
