DOMESTIC VIOLENCE INCIDENT – SETH JOSEPH PUJOL

PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Seth Joseph Pujol, 33, of 2413 Lee Drive, Pierre Part, LA, on felony domestic abuse charges arising from an incident Saturday afternoon at a residence in the 2400 block of Lee Drive.

Deputies were dispatched to the aforementioned location in reference to an in progress domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the complainants who advised that Seth Joseph Pujol had initiated an argument and at some point, became physical with two individuals, now identified as victims.

During the altercation, Pujol bit one victim and grabbed a second by the neck. Seth Joseph Pujol allegedly caused damage to a vehicle belonging to one of the victims.

During the investigation, deputies secured evidence corroborating the victims’ allegations.

Seth Joseph Pujol was arrested on scene and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Domestic Abuse Battery
*Simple Criminal Damage to Property
*Domestic Abuse Battery Involving Strangulation
*Resisting an Officer

Seth Joseph Pujol remains incarcerated without bond pending a hearing.
