DRUG LAW VIOLATIONS – CALVIN TOBY LEBLANC

PLATTENVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Calvin Toby LeBlanc, 39, of 201 Heriard Street, Plattenville, La., on felony drug law violations on Tuesday near Plattenville.

As part of an ongoing narcotics investigation, agents established facts to support that Calvin Toby LeBlanc was involved in illegal drug activity.

After establishing probable cause, agents went to the aforementioned address and made contact with LeBlanc. Consent to search the property was obtained and as a result of that search, quantities of meth-amphetamine and drug paraphernalia were seized.

Calvin Toby LeBlanc was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Possession of Meth-Amphetamine
*Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Calvin Toby LeBlanc remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
